These Terms of Use govern your use of the Little Nest mobile application. By downloading or using Little Nest, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Little Nest, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Medical disclaimer

Little Nest is an informational, journaling, and wellness tracking tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Content within the app — including weekly pregnancy stories, symptom information, and wellness tips — is provided for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider (doctor, midwife, or obstetrician) for any questions regarding your pregnancy, health, or medical conditions.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in this app.

3. Account & access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at littlenest@xcubelabs.com.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Little Nest offers optional Premium subscriptions (monthly and annual plans) that unlock additional features.

• Subscriptions are billed through and managed by your Google Play or Apple App Store account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of all journal entries, notes, and personal data you create within Little Nest. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the app's functionality (such as backup and restore).

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation

7. Intellectual property

All app content, design, code, illustrations, and branding are the intellectual property of Little Nest and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Nest and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using Little Nest and delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
